Fully qualified to practise in England and Wales, he has advised on corporate restructuring, private equity, and financial transactions across various industries, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate. Zlatin has an extensive background in contract law, particularly in remedies for breach of contract, loan and credit transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Alongside his legal practice, Zlatin is a respected academic, currently an Assistant Professor of English Private Law at Northumbria Law School.
