Using her Social Housing background to provide operational leadership and delivering measurable results.

Rachel worked as a Senior Caseworker for the UK’s most media visible firm representing landlords, regularly featured on BBC, ITV, and Channel 4 as well as prime-time documentaries like Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords, whose high-profile leadership shaped industry standards. The practice is consulted in policy making .

In 2022, Rachel Led the disrepair strategy for a G15 housing association managing one of London’s most complex portfolios of over 8,500 properties. Transforming the operations for an award-winning housing association establishing their first legal department, Designed the legal framework providing a groundbreaking Housing Disrepair Policy
