His academic pursuits began at Essex University, where he embarked on a path of gaining legal knowledge. Seeking further expertise, Andrew pursued a Master’s  Degree at Kiel University in Germany, enriching his legal insight with an international perspective.

His practice encompassed a broad spectrum of cases, from employment tribunal proceedings to high court and county court claims.
