Alistair is a hardworking, resourceful, Legal Associate at Robert Simmons Solicitors, having joined the firm at the end of October 2024, with over 20 years experience

 

In his day to day role, Alistair sees a variety of new clients, some of which he brings to the firm, taking their instructions, providing them with limited legal advice, drafting, attending court and assisting judicial counsel, case management and conducting legal research on a range of areas, including, wills and probate, contractual disputes and minor offences in the magistrates court. 

 

Before joining Robert Simmons Solicitors, Alistair spent 2 years as a legal consultant at Taylor Rose MW Solicitors, where his role and responsibilities mirrored those at Robert Simmons. 

 

Outside of his professional commitments, Alistair has been appointed as the Safe Guarding Officer at St Barnabas Church in Mitcham, Surrey, and also sings in the choir at the same church. 

 

Recreational interests also include his passion for commercial aviation, music and movies.
