Having a 34-year background in providing Finance and Property solutions for both residential and commercial clients, Brendan is a highly driven results producing professional with unique expertise in the finance and property marketplace.

Starting in the finance and property industry in January 1991 he joined an Estate Agency group where he was involved in selling property during the day and in the evening and weekends undertook the mortgage advisor responsibilities. 

Over the following years he expanded on this knowledge throughout the finance industry and property marketplace giving him today a vast and expansive level of knowledge and knowhow.  Therefore, becoming an experienced Mortgage Broker and financer as well as understating how to structure property and client needs.

With a bespoke and strategically creative mind Brendan has a proven capability of quickly understanding the complex financing needs of his clients. This capability is then coupled with a proven history of delivering financing and property solutions and structures that enable his clients to meet their objectives as well as financial goals whether they be personal or professional/business.

Undertaking all sources of financing solutions, from residential, commercial, investment, bridging loans (with established exit strategies), Asset finance, unsecured business loans, and many more specialist forms of financing, are all within the services and areas of delivery that Brendan is pleased provide to the clients of Robert Simmons.

With Brendan’s extensive knowledge of the finance and property industry, he is able to assist with not only funding and financing solutions, but provide outline legal solutions and accounting solutions to assist address client needs.  This assists with the then formally instructed Solicitors and Accountants so that they are able to undertake their engagements more efficiently.

Brendan has exceptional business acumen and an analytical mindset, excelling in financial modelling and business strategy formulation to drive organisational success for individuals and companies.  This acumen enables clients to produce profits and results that they may not have otherwise been able to achieve.

In his spare time Brendan enjoys spending time with family, reading, keep fit & exercise, enjoying cinema, motorsport and history with also a particular interest in property design and architecture, along with Art and playing chess.
